Returns & Refunds policy
Jscapes Home & Garden hopes that you will love your new product but we do understand that on occasions the product may not suit your needs! We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can obtain a refund for items in an unused, resalable condition during this time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact the customer service team on customerservices@jscapeshomeandgarden.co.uk. The Customer Service team will then advise on the next stages of the return.
If your return is accepted, the customer service team will provide instructions on how and where to send your item(s) for return. We may require you to package the item(s) prior to collection to ensure this can be returned safely to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
*Please note - Items that contain flammable liquids/combustion materials such as petrol lawn mowers - All products must be empty of any such material before being returned to us or any of our third party suppliers. Otherwise your return may not be accepted.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we shall be in contact with you to confirm the next steps. If your return has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@jscapeshomeandgarden.co.uk.
Warranty:
All items sold by Jscapes Home and Garden come with warranty. The warranty period differs per product. If you would like more information please contact our customer service team.
Conditions of warranty:

Compliance with any necessary inspection as requested by Jscapes Home and Garden

You must notify us of any defect within 7 days

Provide Jscapes Home and Garden with reasonable opportunity after receiving your warranty claim to examine any goods

We may ask you to send the goods at your expense to an address so we can carry out the necessary inspection

Goods supplied by Jscapes Home and Garden or those of one of it's third party suppliers must not be used in a commercial setting at any point. *Please note - If this is reasonably suspected then your warranty will be void

If you continue using the goods after notifying us this will deem your warranty void

If a defect should arise because the item has not been appropriately treated for example in storage, maintenance, or negligence
Subject to the above Jscapes Home and Garden will endeavour to repair or replace the item within any applicable warranty period
Damages:
Please inspect your order upon acceptance and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges:
Jscapes Home and Garden is unable to exchange items directly. In this instance please contact our Customer Service Team to request a full refund. Please note - Items must be in an unused, resalable condition along with proof of purchase provided.
Faulty Products:

If an item becomes faulty within 30 days of you receiving your item we will provide a full refund or replacement.

If the item was sold via Jscapes Home and Garden Online Store then please contact our customer service team who can provide a refund or replacement.

If the product develops a fault within six months but after the 30 day returns period has elapsed please contact the customer service team who can review a repair or placement in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015

After six months and should an item purchased develop a fault we may consider a repair or placement but this will be at the discretion of Jsapes Home and Garden providing you can prove this was present at the time of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).Some products which directly or indirectly contain hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases must be empty of any such material prior to return. If you require any support please contact our customer service team on customerservices@jscapeshomeandgarden.co.uk.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please note - Branded products purchased from our supplier VidaXL will incur a return charge for ‘not expected’ reasons. The return fee will be dependent upon the product level and location of the product.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
