GENERAL QUESTIONS

Unfortunately once an order has been placed you will be unable to change your address. If you wish to do so then please cancel your order and purchase again.

Upon purchasing your items you will be given a guide of when your item is expected to be delivered. Throughout the order fulfilment process you will receive relevant updates. If you have any questions regarding your order please contact support@jscapeshomeandgarden.co.uk.

If your item has arrived damaged then please contact the customer service team on customerservices@jscapeshomeandgarden.co.uk. Please ensure when contacting our teams that any relevant images and documents are included as this can help us solve your query quicker.

We want all customers to be satisfied with the products purchased. Therefore if your order has been damaged in transit, items or parts are missing then please contact our customer service team on customerservices@jscapeshomeandgarden.co.uk. Refunds cannot be obtained for items which have been damaged through misuse, wear and tear or accidents.
