Unfortunately once an order has been placed you will be unable to change your address. If you wish to do so then please cancel your order and purchase again.

If your item has arrived damaged then please contact the customer service team on customerservices@jscapeshomeandgarden.co.uk. Please ensure when contacting our teams that any relevant images and documents are included as this can help us solve your query quicker.
We want all customers to be satisfied with the products purchased. Therefore if your order has been damaged in transit, items or parts are missing then please contact our customer service team on customerservices@jscapeshomeandgarden.co.uk. Refunds cannot be obtained for items which have been damaged through misuse, wear and tear or accidents.

RETURNS QUESTIONS
We are happy to refund your items if they are in an unused condition 14 days after purchase. Please login to your account and follow the returns guidance. If your item is faulty or damaged in transit then please contact: customerservices@jscapeshomeandgarden.co.uk
in which a member of the team can support further.
*Please note– Some products brought from our Garden centre are non-refundable this includes all indoor and outdoor plants. Some items from select partners may have different return options. All returns will be handled via post and refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after your returned items have been received to the original method of payment used.
*Please note - It is your responsibility to retain proof of delivery back to us as we will not be liable for items lost in transit if no proof of delivery is available.*

Product orders can be cancelled up until the time your order is dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched then items can be returned once they reach you.

Your order will be processed as soon as the product comes back into stock. However, if you do not wish to wait for this then please contact: customerservices@jscapeshomeandgarden.co.uk. in which we will be happy to offer a full refund.
All products can be returned except for the following exceptions:
Customised/installed items - Unfortunately refunds cannot be given for made to measure/bespoke products or ones customised for your individual requirements.
Items that contain flammable liquids/combustion materials such as petrol lawn mowers. Please note - All products must be empty of any such material before being returned to us or any of our third party suppliers.
Perishable products - Products which may deteroirate such as plants and turf. These items will not be refunded or exhcanged unless faulty or incorrectly delivered.
